WORK EXPERIENCE

Business Analyst / Project Coordinator  |  Aristocrat Technologies 2022 – Present

  • Produced three live company summits annually, owning end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and run-of-show to make sure each event landed smoothly for a company-wide audience.

  • Edited and assembled up to 20 presentation recordings per summit in Premiere Pro, carefully syncing audio with slides and producing custom intros and outros to give every recording a polished look.

  • Built a Smartsheet project tracking environment from the ground up, giving the team and leadership real-time visibility into timelines, task status, and anything at risk of falling behind.

  • Ran weekly cross-team check-ins to keep everyone aligned, surface blockers early, and drive solutions before small issues had a chance to derail delivery.

  • Researched, wrote, and produced a quarterly company newsletter end-to-end, conducting interviews and collaborating with contributors across departments to bring each issue to life.

  • Synthesized project data, status updates, and milestone tracking into clear portfolio-level reports for senior leadership, making complex information easy to digest and act on.

  • Translated raw ideas and user stories into detailed, structured requirements across both software and hardware products, helping bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution.

  • Planned and coordinated events for Austin members, managing logistics, scheduling, and communications from concept through execution.

  • Currently serve as the local chapter leader, connecting members with the broader organization while continuing to grow our Austin chapter.

Technical Producer  |  TSTV – Boom in the Shot 2018 – 2021

  • Led production teams of 10–15 people across creative, technical, and operational disciplines, keeping everyone moving in the same direction from first concept all the way through final delivery.

  • Ran weekly production meetings to make sure the team was aligned, blockers got surfaced before they became problems, and each production cycle had the momentum it needed to actually finish strong.

  • Organized and ran run-throughs before every recording session, wrangling all the moving parts so that by the time cameras rolled, the set was ready and the crew knew exactly what they were doing.

  • Kept a close eye on production at every stage, catching issues early and jumping in with solutions to keep the quality bar high and the schedule intact.

  • Maintained production tracking systems in Excel that gave everyone a clear picture of who was doing what, by when, across every active project at once.

  • Named Producer of the Year (2019) in recognition of leadership, production quality, and the ability to coordinate a high-volume content schedule without dropping the ball.

Quality Assurance Consultant  |  Triple Orbits Technology 2021 – 2022

  • Ran end-to-end QA and user acceptance testing across multiple client projects, combing through content and interactive experiences to make sure everything was polished and ready before it ever reached an audience.

  • Reviewed and validated interactive web-based training modules for Mazda USA, digging into the details to make sure everything was accurate, functional, and actually enjoyable to use.

  • Led UAT for live Crowdpurr trivia game experiences built for Mazda USA, testing real-time audience engagement flows from start to finish.

  • Designed and launched a client-facing website for AMCI in WordPress using Elementor and LayerSlider, taking the project from initial concept all the way through to go-live.
